The deadline for booking guestrooms is October 1, 2023. After that date, rooms will be released back to the hotel and further requests will be based on availability and the hotel is under no obligation to guarantee the negotiated rate of $319/night.
Should you change your travel arrangements at any time, please contact the hotel directly to ensure your hotel reservation reflects your arrival and departure dates.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival to avoid a penalty.
