The deadline for booking guestrooms is 5:00 pm ET on July 14, 2023. After that date, rooms will be released back to the hotel and further requests will be based on availability and the hotel is under no obligation to guarantee the negotiated rate starting at $249/night.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival to avoid a penalty.
